About the role

The Operator – Mobile Charging Unit plays an important role in supporting the smooth, day‑to‑day production and delivery activities at the plant. In this role, you’ll help ensure that high‑quality products are delivered to customers on time, every time, while keeping operations efficient, safe, and well‑coordinated.

 

You will contribute to maintaining seamless plant operations by optimising labour and raw materials, supporting accurate production processes, and working closely with other departments to keep everything running at its best. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, values teamwork, and wants to be part of a reliable and high‑performing operations team.

 

This role is based in Didipio site.

What you will be doing

  • Adhere to all company standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Handle, use, and store raw materials and hazardous substances in accordance with safety data requirements.
  • Support environmental protection efforts by minimising waste and maintaining clean, controlled work practices.
  • Promptly report any unusual incidents, safety concerns, or accidents.
  • Actively participate in daily toolbox briefings, safety discussions, and required training programs.
  • Assist with additional operational tasks, including providing support at other locations when needed.
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition and help ensure timely, high‑quality product loading and delivery to customers.

What you will bring

  • Minimum Vocational/Technical certificate or High School graduate with relevant experience in manufacturing, chemical handling, or plant operations.
  • Basic understanding of equipment operation, safety practices, and handling of raw materials or hazardous substances.
  • Able to work in a plant or field environment, including rotating shifts if required.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Prior experience in production, logistics, or industrial operations is an advantage (training will be provided).
