About the role
The Sales Co-Ordinator -North Africa is a senior, customer-facing commercial and operational role responsible for retaining, expanding, and maximizing the
value of GroundProbe’s installed base across North and West Africa.
Driving upsells and cross-sell of GroundProbe products and services within existing accounts ·
Acting as the primary owner of post-sale customer relationships, ensuring long-term adoption, satisfaction, and commercial expansion ·
Coordinating closely with Sales, Technical Services, Global Support Services (GSS), and Operations to deliver measurable customer outcomes ·
Managing regional technical personnel within a Matrix structure.
This role bridges commercial ownership, customer advocacy, and operational execution, ensuring GroundProbe is seen as a long-term strategic partner
rather than a transactional equipment supplier.
What you will be doing

Account Ownership & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with senior mining, technical, and commercial stakeholders while driving regular business reviews.

Customer Insight & Strategy
Develop a deep understanding of customer operations, geotechnical risks, production goals, and ESG priorities to align solutions with business needs.

Contract Renewals & Revenue Retention
Manage end-to-end contract renewals, proactively driving retention strategies and achieving NRR/GRR targets through strong commercial alignment and service performance.

Account Growth & Expansion
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, translating customer challenges into value-based solutions in collaboration with Sales.

Customer Value & Adoption
Ensure customers realize full value from solutions by driving adoption, improving utilization, and enhancing safety and operational outcomes.

Issue Resolution & Customer Advocacy
Act as the customer’s advocate, leading resolution of service, performance, and commercial issues while protecting relationshipand brand reputation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance
Work closely with Sales, Technical Services, and Support teams; maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and pipelines; and provide market and product feedback.

Territory & Portfolio Management

Manage and prioritize a portfolio of strategic accounts, supporting regional growth through retention, expansion, and optimization of the installed base.
What you will bring
Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent, Geology, Mining, Business, or related field ·
Postgraduate qualification is an advantage ·
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in: Selling of services and products to mines Geotechnical services Industrial B2B solutions Enterprise customer success
