About the role

The Senior Manager - Marketing Strategy & Planning manages the development of the marketing Strategy for the business, managing associated planning data including demand model, mass balance, competitor intelligence and commercial governance across pricing and bids.

Key Accountabilities Develops the marketing plan for the region Leads the regional 3YR planning process linking with corporate Leads Regional demand modelling Manages.AN Mass Balance reviews and action planning Governs Rise and Fall frameworks Leads the. NBA methodology for commercial functions Leads Competitor Intelligence gathering for regional and corporate needs Project manages special marketing initiatives

What you will bring

* Minimum 10 years experience post professional qualification.
* Advanced knowledge of internal processes and policies, or ability to rapidly acquire same.
* International experience preferred.
* Extensive line management in a variety of roles and environments.
* Well developed mentoring and coaching skills. 
* Proven ability to lead a team, including building a collaborative approach in the development of the direction and operations of the workstream.
* Proven influencer, able to manage processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
* Stakeholder management, including C-level: ability to operate effectively at both the strategic and operational level.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, including prioritization, planning, task delegation, and coordination across multiple teams.
* Demonstrated skills associated with building strong vendor &/or customer relationships.
* Financial accumen & budgeting experience.
* Able to build structure in ambiguous situations and establish best practices.

Role dependent - technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, analytics/visualisation tools, engineering software, etc.)

Your qualifications

Insert tertiary / masters level qualifications required for role (e.g. Accountant must have a tertiary degree in an Accounting discipline, an Engineer must have a tertiary degree in an Engineering discipline)
Further qualifications in 'X / discipline' highly regarded
