About the role
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for the role of Executive Assistant – Chief Financial Officer. This position plays a crucial role in providing confidential, proactive and highly organised executive support to the CFO, as well as indirect support to members of the Finance Leadership Team.
Working closely with the CFO, CEO, Executive Committee, Board of Directors and senior leaders, your role is to enable the smooth operation of the CFO’s office and ensure key priorities, meetings and interactions are well managed and professionally executed.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of four days per week in the office to support the pace, confidentiality and stakeholder engagement required.
What you will be doing
Executive Support & Administration
- Manage a complex executive diary, priorities and meeting schedule, ensuring effective time management and seamless support.
- Own end-to-end travel planning across multiple time zones, including itineraries, logistics and contingency planning.
- Coordinate expenses, approvals and invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with relevant policies.
Meeting Planning & Management
- Coordinate key meetings, including preparation of agendas, run sheets, pre-reads, action logs and follow-ups.
- Support executive and board-related interactions by managing scheduling, materials and meeting logistics with discretion.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, diplomacy and sound judgement.
Stakeholder Management & Correspondence
- Serve as a key point of contact for the CFO’s office, triaging requests and responding with professionalism and tact.
- Build effective working relationships with senior leaders, Executive Assistants, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and refine high-quality correspondence and materials.
What you will bring
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives at CFO, CEO or Executive Committee level in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Proven capability in complex diary management and international travel coordination across multiple time zones.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and shifting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
