About the role

Be part of a stable and growing operation right here in Masbate. As a Plant Operator, you will help produce and handle Packaged and Bulk ANE/ANFO products used to support key industries, while working in a safe and well-managed environment.

 

This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn. You will be trained to operate our facilities efficiently and ensure products are delivered on time and to high quality standards.

 

This role will report to our Orica Masbate site.

What you will be doing

  • Monitors production processes to ensure products meet agreed customer requirements and quality standards
  • Checks product and raw material quality throughout the manufacturing process
  • Reports all non-conformances promptly to Shift LeadersRaises Red Cards for any products that do not meet required specifications
  • Supports corrective action investigations to address and prevent issues

What you will bring

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a dangerous goods, bulk explosives, heavy industry, or process plant environment is preferred 
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or experience using hand tools is beneficial
  • Team player who works well with others
  • Commitment to safety
