About the role - Marketing Coordinator (Maple Ridge BC)
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator within our Digital Solutions team focused on supporting the delivery of marketing initiatives across the Orica Digital Solutions Geosolutions portfolio, with a dedicated focus on the ‘in situ’ product brands (portfolio (RST Instruments, NavStar, Measurand, Syscom Instruments). Working closely with the rest of the marketing team, as well as product brand SMEs, the sales team, and regional teams, the role contributes to the planning and creation of technical-focused sales enablement materials, digital campaigns, product launches, and marketing projects that support business growth and customer engagement.
The role will require the successful applicant to develop a strong technical understanding of products, solutions, and customer value propositions across the ‘in situ’ portfolio to create and maintain effective marketing collateral that align with brand standards and commercial objectives.
What you will be doing
Product Marketing and Campaign Delivery:
• Support the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns, and strategic marketing initiatives across the Geosolutions portfolio, specifically our ‘In situ’ product brand portfolio
• Develop customer-facing marketing collateral that clearly articulate product value and support business objectives associated with these product and campaign launches
• Collaborate with Geosolutions product marketing, sales, SMEs, and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effective market targeting
Sales Enablement and Brand Governance:
• Develop, maintain, and improve sales and marketing resources, including presentations, brochures, proposals, collateral libraries, SharePoint repositories, and other sales enablement tools
• Support the global sales team through the delivery of accurate, accessible, and up-to-date marketing materials
• Ensure all marketing assets and communications align with Orica Digital Solutions and Geosolutions brand standards, maintaining consistency, quality, and brand integrity across customer and stakeholder touchpoints
Product Content and Customer Advocacy:
• Create and deliver high-quality, technical-focused product content across digital and traditional channels to support sales and lead growth
• Develop content that educates customers, addresses industry challenges, strengthens brand positioning, and drives commercial engagement throughout the customer journey, including case studies & testimonials
• Support the development and execution of content strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Digital Marketing and Channel Optimisation:
• Manage and optimise content for digital marketing channels, including websites and social media platforms
Support the implementation of paid digital marketing strategies and SEO campaigns across the website and social media channels for lead generation for our commercial teams

• Successfully deliver the goals and projects defined in the Geosolutions Marketing Team’s Key Initiatives FY2026
• Work well with little supervision
• Works well coordinating with a broad range of internal stakeholders across marketing, regional sales, and product development

Your qualifications
• Relevant degree in Marketing or Communications or similar, or with equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, (in a technology company is highly regarded)
• Highly developed writing ability with a focus on understanding and writing about technical content
• Understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends with evidence of results
• Highly organised with excellent planning, time-management, and attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills — written and verbal
• Interest in technology and innovation

Compensation
• Salary Range $80,000 - $85,000 CAD
• Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan
(Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
