About The Role – Cable Cutter (Maple Ridge BC)
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Cable Cutter / Cable Technician within our Digital Solutions team to support our production team by accurately measuring, cutting, labelling, and preparing cable and tubing assemblies.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on manufacturing work, follows process rigorously, and values safety and quality.
What you will be doing
• Measure and cut cable and tubing to precise lengths based on work orders
• Label, bundle, and prepare cables for downstream assembly or shipment
• Perform general mechanical and electronic assembly as required
• Support inventory flow by ensuring materials are correctly prepared and staged
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow established safety, quality, and work instructions at all times
What you will bring
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Exposure to mechanical and/or electronic assembly
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with measurements and basic math
• Understanding of safe work practices and willingness to ask for help when unsure
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a team setting
• Clear communication skills and a reliable work ethic
Role dimensions
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, onsite

• High school diploma required; technical training or certification is an asset

Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Compensation
• Hourly Rate Range $ 19.50-22/hr CAD
• Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan
