About the role
The Administrator – Commercial will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing customer relations, commercial operations, and strategic projects. This role will support sales and marketing teams, ensuring smooth commercial processes and delivering exceptional service to clients.
What you will be doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of commercial strategies to maximize business opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication.
- Support contract management, pricing negotiations, and commercial agreements.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to provide insights that drive business decisions.
- Coordinate sales activities, promotions, and campaigns with the marketing team.
- Handle customer cases, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Monitor key commercial performance metrics and prepare insightful reports.
- Work closely with finance to process invoices and ensure revenue tracking aligns with business targets.
- Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and commercial initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with commercial policies and industry regulations.
The Administrator - Commercial also provides office and administrative support to either a team or individual within the Marketing & Commercial areas including fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, assisting with Customer facing items and filing.

Experience:
- Previous roles in commercial support, sales administration, or business operations.
- Experience in customer handling, contract negotiations, or commercial reporting.
- Background in event coordination, trade shows, or brand marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, data entry, and commercial project management.
