About the role

Elevate Workplace Health as an Occupational Health Nurse.

We are looking for a dedicated clinician to help us redefine workplace safety. In this role, you will bridge the gap between health legislation and human-centric care. Collaborating with our Global SHES and medical teams, you will oversee essential programs in hygiene, toxicology, and ergonomics—ensuring our operations are not only compliant but industry-leading in wellness and safety.

 

This role will be based in Limay, Bataan.

What you will be doing

  • Clinical Excellence & Assessment: Conduct high-level health assessments and implement strategic medical actions, collaborating with specialist resources to ensure comprehensive care for all employees.

  • Injury & Rehabilitation Management: Lead the end-to-end employee rehabilitation and workers' compensation processes, ensuring full compliance while providing professional support for injury case management.

  • Leadership Coaching: Serve as a subject matter expert by coaching and mentoring business leaders on occupational health best practices and proactive injury management strategies.

  • Active Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage high-risk health cases in partnership with the Occupational Physician and HR to ensure early intervention and workplace safety.

  • Health Program Lifecycle: Manage the full cycle of employee health, from coordinating pre-employment and periodic medicals to supporting the execution of the Annual Hygiene Plan.

  • Data Integrity & Improvement: Maintain impeccable, confidential health records and drive continuous improvement through the support of global health projects and process enhancements.

What you will bring

  • Minimum 3–7 years (role-dependent) of post-qualification experience in industrial occupational health, with a track record of leading collaborative teams or specialized technical programs.

  • Strong business judgment with the ability to align health initiatives with operational goals and commercial logic.

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and present clear, data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders and site leadership.

  • Expert at planning and executing health strategies, ensuring full compliance and proactive injury management in a fast-paced industrial environment.
