About the role

As Quality Engineer, you will support our Limay facility by ensuring full compliance with quality plans across all process areas. Work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to meet and exceed expectations. 

 

Play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality solutions that make a real impact. 

What you will be doing

Safety & SHES

  • Ensure safe lab and process operations
  • Conduct hazard assessments and JSERAs
  • Support SHES initiatives and compliance

 

Technical & Business Support

  • Design and run experiments for process and material changes
  • Troubleshoot quality issues and support new product introduction
  • Collaborate with suppliers on quality plans and audits
  • Manage raw material qualifications and BOM updates

 

Innovation & Improvement

  • Identify and apply new technologies
  • Introduce engineering controls and process validations

 

Quality & Technology Delivery

  • Apply quality principles and maintain procedures
  • Investigate complaints and verify corrective actions
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and well-interpreted results

 

Collaboration & Effectiveness

  • Work independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support site-wide improvements
  • Provide technical guidance and manage workload effectively

What you will bring

•    Chemical Engineering degree with 3+ years experience
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project skills
•    Knowledge of product/process tech and safety standards
•    Skilled in experiment design and result interpretation
•    Effective communicator with solid organization skills
•    Must be able to drive manual and automatic vehicles
