About the role

What you will be doing

• Support the implementation of operating standards to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
• Maintain governance frameworks aligned with Group standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a culture of operational discipline and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to strategies that drive consistent operational performance across the region.
• Support asset management and maintenance standards to improve equipment reliability.
• Use data and analytics to optimize maintenance strategies, reduce costs, and extend asset life.

What you will bring

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• .3–5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Maintenance, or Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and process improvement.
• Experience with data analytics, KPIs, Power BI, Excel, and/or SAP.Ability to drive operational standards, governance, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Experience in manufacturing, mining, chemicals, or other asset-intensive industries preferred.
