About the role
We are delighted to announce that we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator - Field Site Support to join our team in our site in Gregory, 40mins from Emerald,QLD! This is a permanent, stable, full time role and will operate on a 5/2 roster (Monday to Friday) roster.
Amongst other critical administrative duties, the role is responsible for preparing reports for our business, raising purchase orders, ordering materials including plant and uniforms and organising travel and accommodation bookings for the operations team.

What you will be doing
- Complete purchasing requirements including quotes, purchase requisitions, goods receipting and follow up on overdue and non-payments;
- Create and update vendor information in the Vendor Management System;
- Schedule and book in training for external training courses and medicals;
- Liaising and dealing with our customers with regard to schedules;
- Coordinate any required travel for our team along with booking accommodation.
What you will bring
- 2+ years experience with administrative and clerical procedures;
- A polite, courteous, helpful and professional nature;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication;
- Advanced computing skills including Microsoft suite and SAP;
- Proactive and creative problem-solving ability;
- Excellent attention to detail.
