About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MMU Operator to join our team. You will receive specialized training and support to operate our MMU vehicles, which are advanced heavy rigid vehicles equipped with the latest technologies for delivering bulk explosives at one of our customer sites in Bland Shire, 350 kilometers west of Sydney, New South Wales.
The position offers a 7/7 days-only roster with a generous salary package, DIDO (Drive-In Drive-Out) arrangements, and meals allowance and accommodation provided while on shift.

What you will be doing
- Exemplify our core company value: "Safety is our priority, Always."
- Operate MMU trucks and other associated blasting plant machinery.
- Provide operational blasting knowledge and advice to client blast crews and stakeholders.
- Assist with preventative maintenance on all associated plant and machinery.
- Participate in the hands-on delivery of explosive products into pre-drilled blast holes.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to deliver excellent service to our valued customers.
- Always act with integrity and respect.
What you will bring
- A current Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's license is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in a physically demanding role, working outdoors in all weather conditions, is essential.
- Ability to pass all required security checks to obtain an NSW Security Clearance.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to looking out for teammates.
- Basic mechanical comprehension is highly regarded.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
