About the role
Are you passionate about driving innovation from concept to launch? We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Technology to lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of product development, from feasibility to final qualification.
The role is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of product development initiatives from concept to launch. This role ensures that projects are strategically aligned, technically feasible, and delivered on time while meeting quality and regulatory standards. Acting as a central point of coordination across cross-functional teams, the manager plays a key role in driving innovation, managing risk, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact, market-ready products.
What you will be doing
- Manage end-to-end development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct feasibility assessments to evaluate technical and commercial viability.
- Lead technology and material selection processes to ensure optimal product performance.
- Oversee product design, ensuring it meets functional, regulatory, and user requirements.
- Drive design verification and validation activities to ensure quality and compliance.
- Coordinate prototype builds and qualification testing.
- Manage final product qualification, ensuring readiness for market launch.
What you will bring
- Proven experience in managing complex product development projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience with design controls, regulatory standards, and quality systems (especially in regulated industries like medical devices, automotive, or aerospace, if applicable).
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
