About the role

The Supervisor - Asset Systems supervises the Inventory Reconciliation team, own the operating procedures and processes for Stock Reconciliation and SAP Bulk Product Management and supports the Asset Management Systems, including Master Blast and Master Blast Maintenance, used by the Operational sites in the regions.

What you will be doing

Key Accountabilities Drives compliance to the Operations Global Standard on reconciliation of stock at Operations sites throughout the region, ensure compliance of ±1% for Raw Materials and 0% for IS/PE Ensures the accuracy of SAP Master Data for product Bills of Materials at Field Operations sites and Regional Manufacturing sites complies to the AA system for authorisation and formulations Drives accuracy/integrity of Operations Procedures and Processes around Bills of Materials stored in the DMS Supports the MasterBlast User Interface System for API and Asia through ServiceNow Manages development ideas/opportunities for improvement of the MasterBlast system Supports the IVMS system through ServiceNow Supports the LOADPlus system, including accuracy of Master Data transferred from SAP to LOADPlus Drives the integrity of the SAP PM Master Data, functional locations, equipment creation and movement

What you will bring

BAND F PEOPLE LEADER
* Minimum 7 years experience post qualification.
* Experience leading a team, including building a collaborative approach.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
* Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
* Ability to plan, influence & execute.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.

BAND F TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
 * Minimum 3 to 6 years experience post qualification.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders. 
* Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement. 
* Ability to plan, influence & execute.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.

Role dependent - technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, analytics/visualisation tools, engineering software, etc.)

Your qualifications

Insert tertiary qualification required for role (e.g. Accountant must have a tertiary degree in an Accounting discipline, an Engineer must have a tertiary degree in an Engineering discipline)
OR
Technical qualification / legistlative / SHES certification
