About the role

The Yardperson provides bulk product delivery support to blast crews and assistance to crews for on bench operations.

Work Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off (NOT a Camp site, lodging not provided)

What you will be doing

Contribute to a strong safety culture by using PPE and following safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Load and unload trucks; assist with on-bench operations
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Support team members as needed

What you will bring

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Class 5)
1+ years’ experience in construction, mining, or related field
Experience with equipment, materials, and supplies used on construction jobs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to site
Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Commitment to punctuality, safety, and quality work

Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
