About the role
The Sr. Representative, Technical Services - Projects will support customer initiatives though on-site and remote project management and implementation including a strong emphasis on product and services stewardship, delivery of measurable value to customers and sustainable revenue to Orica.
What you will be doing
Project Management and Support:
- Oversee, support and track performance of key initiatives
- Standardize project management workflows and on-site SOPs
- On-site implementation of products and services as required
- Support case study development
New Integrated Services Development:
- Develop integrated offering considering the suite of Orica products and services, including WebGenTM and 4DTM systems.
- Map out potential integration workflows considering internal and customer support as part of the process
Skills / Safety Development
- Implement and maintain Blast Management Service systems and create the associated development plans in partnership with the regional Technical Services Leads
- Integrate Orica’s Major Hazard Management requirements into all technical services SOPs
- Develop and provide the associated development training
What you will bring
- Minimum 6 years experience post qualification.
- Mining engineering or related degree. A mining engineering technology diploma will be considered with sufficient relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
- Ability to plan, influence & execute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.
- Experience with project management / support, training, technical equipment and blast design related software.

Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Compensation Range
- Between $94,650.00 and $132,510.00 per year
- Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan
