About the role


The Receptionist and Senior Administrator provides administrative support either to a team or individual. Duties may include including fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, scheduling appointments and planning meetings.

What you will be doing


RECEPTIONIST

  • Greeting guests and visitors
  • Offering first point of call hospitality; greet and provide general support to visitors
  • Telephone answering and directing phones
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents
  • Organising catering/refreshments for meetings and office functions
  • Organising travel, taxis, couriers (DHL etc)
  • Booking meeting rooms and ensuring everything is always presentable
  • Security of the office
  • Oversight over other Receptionists


SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR

  • Support Admin Team Leader, Senior Managers and VIPs with daily clerical tasks
  • Make travel arrangements and reservations for VIPs
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Create and update records of employee’s absence
  • Supervise, monitor and coordinate the activities of drivers, ensuring safe and timely transportation services
  • Perform as Purchase Requisition Specialist
  • Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures

What you will bring

 

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in managing administrative processes, systems, and documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, or other ERP systems.
  • Ability to handle complex scheduling, meetings, and reporting.
  • Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
  • Capable of working in cross-functional teams and supporting leadership.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic environment of a global organization like Orica.
  • Good understanding of Mining Safety Management System Aspect by always prioritizing Safety Value.
