About the role

Are you ready to lead with impact? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for passionate leaders to step into the role of Project Manager to join our Dawson Team, working on 4 days on, 3 days off roster.

Whether you prefer camp accommodation with meals during rostered periods, or you're considering relocation and housing, we’ve got you covered. And if you live outside of Moura, Orica will cover your travel to and from site – making it easier for you to focus on what you do best.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, representing Orica on the ground with professionalism, expertise, and a strong commitment to safety and excellence. You will lead skilled teams of Blasting Professionals and Operators, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across our client sites.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be adaptable, calm under pressure, and confident in prioritising tasks – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

What you will be doing

• Live and breathe Orica's safety values at all times;
• Lead and motivate a highly skilled team of MMU Operators, Fitters, Yard Keepers;
• Provide analytical/decision support to Territory Manager on continuous improvement plan;
• Coordinate logistics of raw materials, equipment, and blast crew to sites within Dawson;
• Ensure operational process meets Orica standards and customer's expectations.
