About the role

We are looking for a talented and experienced RPA UiPath Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in robotic process automation (RPA) and have substantial expertise in UiPath. In this Senior Developer role, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to enhance and optimize business processes.

What you will be doing

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions utilizing UiPath.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and resolve issues related to RPA solutions.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Continuously monitor and enhance RPA solutions for optimal performance and scalability.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in RPA and UiPath technologies.

What you will bring

•      Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•      Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
•      Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
•      Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
•      Experience with SQL and database management.
•     Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•     Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•     UiPath certification is a plus.
