About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor at our Helidon Manufacturing Site.
The role will oversee all material handling activities within the Warehouse/Magazine, ensuring goods receipts follow required procedures and coordinating both physical and system inventory movements.
Responsibilities include conducting stock-takes, preserving material value, adhering to health and safety practices, and reporting events in Enablon. The role also involves coordinating picking and packing activities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements for dangerous goods, maintaining asset registrations, and writing permits for contractor work. Additionally, the specialist will conduct inspections, facilitate training, implement continuous improvement practices, and positively influence team morale.

What you will be doing
- Work with Planning, Commercial, Inventory and Production Stakeholders to coordinate efficient material supply;
- Maintain Safety and Compliance requirements for Magazine Operation, Vehicle Loading and site Logistics;
- Manage the freight schedule and loading times to achieve efficient and safe loading of Vehicles;
- Collaborate with Transport Provider on Daily Activities and Improvement Opportunities;
- Work with 3rd Party Storage providers to ensure Service Agreements and KPIs are met;
- Maintain and Monitor Inventory of the Magazines;
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement and Lean Operating Projects; and
- Provide Leadership, Mentorship and Coaching to a Team of 10 Operators;
What you will bring
- Higher education and a technical degree in administration or 5-10 years’ warehousing/logistics experience;
- Experience in dangerous product handling;
- All Legal certificates required to handle dangerous goods and explosives including a forklift license;
- Experience with SAP Material Management module including scanner use and Microsoft office Suite; and
- Permit to work/Clearance writing Training.
