About the role

What you will be doing

• Setting and role-modelling high standards across safety, health, environment and security (SHES), including leading investigations and ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.
• Delivering production volumes and quality outcomes in line with customer, market and business requirements.
• Executing daily, weekly and monthly production plans, including contribution to the S&OP process.
• Managing production costs, unit costs and operating budgets.
• Leading production teams through clear performance objectives, coaching, development and talent management.
• Ensuring effective permit-to-work processes to support safe and efficient maintenance execution.
• Owning site-wide continuous improvement initiatives and embedding a performance-driven culture.
• Approving production documentation and contributing to monthly business and performance reporting.

What you will bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Science.
• Extensive manufacturing experience, typically 7+ years post-qualification, including strong people leadership experience.
• Proven capability leading teams in an operational manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing production performance, cost control and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to influence across a broad stakeholder group and operate effectively as part of a site leadership team.
• Clear, confident communication and decision-making capability.
