About the role

 

We’re looking for a Lead – Project Delivery to join our Helidon Manufacturing team and drive key capital projects across the site.

 

This is a hands-on project management role where you’ll manage multiple projects from concept through to commissioning—working closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain to bring ideas to life safely and efficiently.

 

Projects range from site upgrades through to multi-million-dollar initiatives, giving you strong ownership and variety day to day.

 

This role is based at our Helidon site and reports to the PMO Manager, partnering closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams.

What you will be doing

 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of capital projects—from planning to commissioning;
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, production and supply chain;
  • Manage project budgets, schedules and resources to meet delivery targets;
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure safe and timely project execution;
  • Drive continuous improvement, efficiency and cost optimisation;
  • Deliver projects safely end-to-end, with zero harm to people or equipment;
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to deliver quality outcomes.

What you will bring

 

  • Experience leading complex capital projects in manufacturing, engineering, or similar environments;
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities;
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines and project risks;
  • Background in manufacturing or engineering is advantageous (not essential);
  • Familiarity with SAP, project management tools (e.g. MS Project) and SharePoint.
