About the role
We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Quality Coordinator at our discreet manufacturing site in Helidon. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving product quality, managing quality systems, and supporting compliance with ISO 9001 and Manufacturing standards.
You will work with teams across the site to maintain quality processes, support safety initiatives, and contribute to ongoing operational improvements. This position is well suited to someone who is organised, analytical, and comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment.
What you will be doing
- Coordinating QA/QC processes to ensure consistent product quality and compliance;
- Maintaining, improving, and embedding the site’s QMS in line with ISO 9001 requirements;
- Supporting SHE initiatives and assisting with incident investigations to help build a safer workplace;
- Facilitating training and capability‑building to empower teams and strengthen quality practices;
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, sharing insights, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
What you will bring
- Experience in a quality coordination or similar role within manufacturing;
- Strong understanding of QA/QC principles, LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies;
- Practical experience with ISO 9001 compliance and managing QMS processes;
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across teams;
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for improving processes;
- A degree in Science or Engineering is highly regarded — however, we welcome applicants with equivalent experience who are eager to learn and grow.
