About The Role – Sales Coordinator (Hanwell, NB)
The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Engineers by managing the CRM, opportunity pipeline, forecasts, and purchase order fulfillment. The Sales Coordinator will be the bridge between the customer and manufacturing. In addition to the management of leads and opportunities, the Sales Development Coordinator will assist the Senior Sales Administrator with contract review; ship dates, order entry and shipping coordination for the client. Working closely with the Sales Engineers, the role is responsible for collecting customer feedback to ensure the expectations of each customer journey is being met.
What you will be doing
• Manage and update Salesforce reports, dashboards, leads and opportunities
• Support Sales Engineers with customer needs; quotes, shipping estimates, and events
• Support Sr Sales Coordinator with contract review and order fulfillment as required
• Maintain regular contact with production and shipping to facilitate on-time delivery
• Work with the customer to finalize sales orders and shipping details
• Provide details to customers on job progress including changes to schedule
• Provide details to manufacturing team on changes from the customer
• Create sales reports to provide to the Commercial Director
• Facilitate customer surveys and manage responses for review by management
• Complete additional duties as required
What you will bring
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using a customer relation management system, preferably Salesforce
• Flexibility to manage changing tasks throughout the sales cycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication and proven ability to provide timely professional communication to customers by e-mail and phone
Role dimensions
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
• This role will require you to be in the Hanwell office 3 days per week.
Your qualifications
• Preference will be given to candidates with a post-secondary diploma/degree
• 1-3 years’ experience with client/customer service

Compensation
• Salary Range $45,000 - $51,000 CAD
• Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan
(Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
