About The Role – 35639 - Logistics Administration Coordinator (Hanwell NB)
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Logistics Administration Coordinator within our Digital Solutions team focused on the shipping process (including shipping estimates, picking products and packaging, and ensuring that the correct company products arrive to customers in the designated time frame), as well as receiving incoming products, recording and distributing goods. This role is heavily logistical and time sensitive and requires effective communication across multiple departments. The individual must be team oriented, as communication is required across all departments.
What you will be doing
Logistics Administration
• Prepare all relative shipping documents required for outgoing orders
• Update internal daily tracking logs
• Liaise with multiple national and international shipping companies
• Complete additional administrative tasks as required (answering phones, filing, etc.)
• Communicate with Sales, Production and Quality Assurance teams as needed regarding shipping requirements and timelines
• Process international and domestic customer returns and work with Quality Assurance team when receiving returns
• Liaise with shipping companies and Sales team to troubleshoot shipping issues (delays, lost items, etc.)
• The shipping team is responsible to maintain an organized/presented shipping area
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
• Help to ensure all Health & Safety regulations are met
• Research shipping quotes and cost savings measures to be passed along to customers
• Gather weight and dimensions of orders and ensure that products are correctly packaged to be shipped
• Preassemble and add appropriate accessories to outgoing packages
Receiving
• Providing back up to the Receiving Team
• Receive supplies/materials. Validate quantities ordered to quantities delivered. Verify that paperwork is accurate (Adjust PO if needed), enter data into ERP and distribute product
• Record damages and reject damaged goods
• Serialize received products (ie: Data Logger’s)

• Able to manage shipping deadlines and scheduling adjustments
• Knowledge of standard national/international shipping companies and experience with shipping/receiving process is an asset
• Strong communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and written with clarity and accuracy across company departments, suppliers and vendors
• Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, online queries etc.) ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong numeracy skills and familiarity with shipping dimensions/measurements
• Ability to meet changing deadlines and work effectively under pressure and prioritize current workload
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when recording and entering data
• Physical requirements: bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Role dimensions
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday onsite, 830am – 430pm
• Interaction with other departments to ensure the timely logistics of product

Compensation / Renumeration
• Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 CAD
(Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
