About the role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. Your ability to work independently, manage contracts, and spot the fine print will play a key role in building sustainable, long-term business relationships and securing new opportunities.

This position can be based in either Gyttorp (Sweden) or in Lisbon (Portugal). If you are passionate about creating long-term value and thriving in a dynamic environment – we would love to hear from you.
What you will be doing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and service.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service levels.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure procurement strategies align with business objectives.
• Continuously improving procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What you will bring
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in sourcing and/or procurement management, preferable within manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, including SAP and Ariba.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
