🌍 About the role
We are now looking for an experienced People & Capability Specialist – Employee & Workplace Relations to support our operations across the Nordic region. This is a hands-on, operational role where you'll partner closely with leaders, employees, unions and key stakeholders to provide trusted advice and guidance on a broad range of employee and workplace relations matters.
As a key member of the People & Capability team, you will partner with leaders across Sweden, Norway and Finland to ensure people matters are managed fairly, consistently and in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements.
You will act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, workplace investigations, performance management, organisational change and union consultations while collaborating closely with regional and global People & Capability teams.
You'll be actively involved in workplace conversations, coaching leaders, working through complex cases and supporting business outcomes through strong people practices.
🌱 About you
You're an experienced Employee & Workplace Relations professional who thrives on solving complex people challenges. You bring sound judgement, a collaborative approach, and the confidence to navigate sensitive workplace matters with fairness and professionalism.
You have experience working in unionised environments and are comfortable partnering with unions, employee representatives and business leaders to find practical, balanced outcomes. You understand the importance of building trust, creating strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring people matters are handled consistently and effectively.
Whether you're supporting a workplace investigation, guiding a consultation process or coaching a leader through a difficult conversation, you're able to remain pragmatic, solution-focused and calm under pressure.
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys being close to the business and prefers a practical, operational role where you can make a visible impact.
✅What you will be doing
- Partner with leaders across the Nordics on employee and workplace relations matters;
- Support managers through performance, talent, development, and organisational change initiatives;
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and employment obligations;
- Foster strong relationships with unions and employee representatives, supporting consultation and engagement;
- Drive HR policy implementation and continuous improvement across the region;
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver impactful people solutions and annual people programs.
👩🎓Qualifications
- A qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
- Experience working within HR, employee relations and workplace relations or a similar people-focused role in a unionised environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation, collective agreements and HR best practice
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to influence, challenge and coach leaders through complex people matters
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, Norwegian and/or Finnish language would be meritorious
- Experience with SAP HR systems is welcome but not essential
