We are looking for a result driven and engaged Procurement and Sourcing Lead with strong communication and negotiation skills, solid business acumen and advanced analytical capability to join our team in Gyttorp.
🌍 About the role
As Lead – Procurement and Sourcing, you play a key role across Global, Regional and Site Supply, combining strategic influence with hands-on execution.
At a global level, you support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of group sourcing mandates, standards and procedures. You work closely with the Senior Manager Sourcing to support the effective embedment of these ways of working across the regions. This role also contributes input to the global sourcing strategy and partners with regional teams to ensure strong alignment.
At a regional level, you lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including the development of the regional sourcing strategy in line with global direction. The focus is on delivering sustainable value, supporting category management principles, mitigating supply risks, and ensuring business requirements are met or exceeded. You actively engage with relevant stakeholders and provide regular updates on sourcing progress and outcomes.
At a site level, you are responsible for executing the regional sourcing strategy through end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities that directly support manufacturing operations. You ensure continuity of supply, manage risks, and deliver against business needs, working closely with local stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
👩🎓Qualifications
- Degree in Purchasing and Supply, Logistics, Materials Management, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience within Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial, or other relevant B2B industries
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret and use data effectively
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members
- Solid understanding of ARIBA/SAP, Microsoft applications, and procurement best practices
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
