🌍 About the role

As Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you will lead all engineering and maintenance activities on site, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operations.

You will play a critical role in driving performance, developing your team and supporting long-term improvements.

Helping to shape the future of our operations, you will drive sustainable improvements, build team capability and create a culture where performance and growth go hand in hand.

✅ What you will be doing

• Lead and develop the engineering and maintenance teams
• Own and improve the site’s maintenance and asset strategy
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards
• Support and guide capital projects and technical initiatives
• Collaborate with local, regional and global stakeholders

👩‍🎓Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a relevant science discipline
• Strong experience from manufacturing environments
• Proven leadership experience within engineering or maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive improvements
