About the role - 37792 - Coordinator - Maintenance Master Data (Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico)
The Coordinator – Master Data is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving SAP master data related to EBS and indirect material work management across the North American business.
This role serves as the central point of contact for all SAP master data and processing activities, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security are consistently upheld.
The position also partners closely with the Operational Excellence Lead to support business initiatives, analyze current processes, and identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency, delivering measurable value to stakeholders.
What you will be doing
- Ensure that safety, health, and environmental procedures are adhered to within his/her work environment.
- Manage, prioritize and complete SAP master data changes requests in line with scope of change request and master data standards.
- Complete routine health checks of master data for completeness and compliance. This includes auditing compliance of master data changes by other roles where authorized.
- Support the Operations Assurance team as necessary.
- Advise Operational Excellence Lead of improvement opportunities and implementation as agreed.
- Complete intercompany indirect material creations and extensions as required from the North American business.
- Complete ad hoc analysis tasks as required.
- Actively identify, quantify and escalate master data gaps. Manage the implementation of approved corrective action plans.

The Coordinator – Master Data provides a critical service to the EBS and Operational Excellence teams.
What you will bring
University degree desirable.
Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP and project management.
Master Data and Analytics are a plus.
Fluent English required.
