About the role

We’re thrilled to share an exciting opportunity for a Graduate – Mining Support role! Under supervision, this position will help ensure the safe, high-quality, and environmentally responsible delivery of bulk explosives to our customers.

The successful candidate will work closely with Bench Assistants, MMU Operators, Shotfirers, and the Site Supervisor to support operations and maintain service excellence on site. It is 15/15 rotation at Customer Mine Sites in Kazakhstan, offered as a one-year contract with a three-month probation period.

What you will be doing

• Report all Unusual Incidents and Accidents immediately;
• Participate in daily Toolbox talks and Monthly Safety Meetings;
• Undertake all and any necessary training for Operations, SHEC and site specific requirements;
• Maintain required House Keeping standards;
• Notifies Orica site management of any variations in product specification, appearance or performance.
