About The Role – Operator - MMU

 

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Operator – MMU (Mobile Mixing Unit) within our Orica Canada team focused on ensuring production occurs on a timely basis following all safety procedures and taking a pro-active teamwork approach focused on coordinating assigned machine operation and product handling functions.
This position is based out of the Back River Gold District of Nunavut, Canada.  

 

Work Schedule: 21 days on / 21 days off

 

Start Date: To Be Determined

What you will bring

 

•    Class 3 License Required
•    Mechanical aptitude with ability to quickly determine potential issues and problem solve accordingly.
•    Requires thorough and meticulous completion of regulatory paperwork
•    Reliable and dependable.
•    Flexible to fast changes as needed during production process.
•    Entry level computer skills including Internet and Windows applications.

Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
