About the role
The Superintendent - Maintenance Planning will be based in Gomia and will oversee the development and implementation of work plans and schedules. This role aims to optimize maintenance execution and plant uptime, supporting the Product Line in achieving objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
What you will be doing
- Develop, enhance, and implement a preventive and predictive maintenance program for Overhead HT Lines and HT Substation equipment.
- Provide engineering solutions for recurring issues through root cause analysis.
- Achieve fixed cost targets for Power and Distribution.
- Manage spare parts, develop vendors, and oversee inventory control.
- Update and maintain drawings, procedures, and manuals in the Document Management System (DMS).
- Offer electrical engineering support to the project team.
- Facilitate multiskilling for Power and Distribution technicians.
- Liaise with the Electricity Board.
What you will bring
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in HT Line Maintenance.
- Proficient in root cause analysis, MS Office, and SAP.
- Experienced in electrical systems, control logic, power circuits, and variable frequency (VF) drives.
- Familiarity with ISO, TPM, 5S, and safety procedures is preferred.
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of 33 kV HT Substation equipment.
