About the role

 

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Future Shaper Operator Packaged and Bulk ANE, ANFO to join our Manufacturing Plant in Ekibastuz, Kazakhstan, reporting to the Plant Supervisor.
 
 
In this role, you will be responsible for operating and supporting production processes associated with the manufacture of Packaged and Bulk ANE and ANFO products. Working within your level of training, skill and competency, you will help ensure the safe, efficient and reliable operation of manufacturing facilities to meet production, quality and distribution requirements.
As a key member of the Manufacturing team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety, environmental stewardship and operational excellence. You will play an important role in supporting continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing plant performance and ensuring the consistent and reliable supply of Packaged and Bulk ANE and ANFO products.

What you will be doing

 

• Operating Packaged and Bulk ANE and ANFO manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets and customer requirements.
• Following established production processes, procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent product quality and compliance.
• Monitoring plant performance, identifying operational issues and supporting troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintaining a strong commitment to health, safety, environmental and security standards in all aspects of work.
• Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to support reliable production, operational excellence and the achievement of business objectives.

What you will bring

 

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial or chemical processing environment.
• A strong commitment to safety, environmental responsibility and adherence to operational procedures.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining accountability for individual responsibilities.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to identify and respond to operational issues.
