About the role

We are delighted to announce that we are looking for a talanted Operator Packaged and Bulk ANE, ANFO to undertake the processes/system associated with Packaged and Bulk ANE, ANFO production to the extent of their skill and competence and operate the manufacturing facilities safely, efficiently and effectively to address production and distribution requirements and provide a quality service in the manufacture of Packaged and Bulk ANE, ANFO to our customers in a safe and environmentally conscious manner. This role is based in Ekibastuz, Kazakhstan and reporting to Plant Supervisor.

What you will be doing

• Manufacture products which conform to agreed customer requirements by monitoring the process, product, quality and raw material quality;
• Report all non-conformances to the Shift Leaders;
• Raise of Red Cards if the product does not conform to requirements;
• Participate in corrective action investigations.

What you will bring

• Generally up to 2 years experience;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision;
• Productive without compromising quality;
• Highly reliable and motivated to excel.
