About the role

 
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Future Shaper Electrician (Technician) to join our team in Ekibastuz, Kazakhstan.
 
 
The Electrician (Technician) undertakes labour and training activities associated with their trade qualification, either as part of a vocational training programme or through the execution of duties aligned with their electrical trade expertise. This role plays an important part in supporting safe, reliable and efficient asset performance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will be doing

 

 

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, inspection and repair activities on plant and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Support preventative and corrective maintenance programmes to maximise equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Complete work orders, maintenance records and relevant documentation accurately and on time.
• Contribute to a safe working environment by following all health, safety and environmental procedures and participating in risk assessments.
 
 
 

What you will bring

 

• Recognised Electrical Trade Qualification or equivalent certification.
• Practical experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
