About the role

What you will be doing

• Identify and address safety risks, actively participate in safety meetings, and maintain a safe, risk-free work environment
• Maintain valid Defensive Driving Training certification
• Conduct pre-start vehicle checks, including safety equipment and documentation (e.g., vehicle registration and driver’s licence)
• Accurately record and report all journeys
• Follow delivery schedules and optimise routes to ensure efficient use of vehicles
• Submit daily reports and expense claims in a timely manner

What you will bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record over 3 years 
• Experience in a distribution or logistics environment is preferred
• Good knowledge of local traffic laws, routes, and regulations
• Ability to safely operate and manoeuvre vehicles of various sizes
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in handling documentation
