About the role
Are you looking to build a hands-on career in a company that values safety, teamwork, and personal growth? At our Deer Park Manufacturing Facility, we’re inviting motivated individuals to join us as Process Technician.
In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive team that keeps our operations running smoothly. You’ll operate machinery, monitor production, and ensure everything is done safely and efficiently. You’ll work with both fixed and mobile plant equipment to help produce the chemical products used in blasting across mining, quarrying, and infrastructure projects.

What you will be doing
- Producing batches of emulsifier by transferring, mixing, and reacting chemicals in bulk reactors (training provided);
- Maintaining plant areas and equipment to operational standards;
- Assisting chemists and engineers in trialing new products and processes;
- Transporting loads using forklifts and bulk transfers;
- Following all safety, health, and environmental procedures.
What you will bring
- A strong commitment to safety in everything you do;
- Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems;
- A current forklift licence (highly regarded);
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments (preferred but not essential);
- Motivation to grow and progress into a Control Room Operator role.
