About the role
The Team Leader - Manufacturing Production leads the production teams for a product (s) to ensure the product is produced in accordance with all specifications & SHES requirements
What you will be doing
- Ensure compliance with the AA system for documented change control processes.
- Manage the SHERMIS actions database and the Red Book.
- Ensure all incidents are reported quickly and investigated thoroughly to implement and facilitate the process.
- Ensure all employees comply with LTO and LTS.
- Administer and maintain contractor inductions and passports.
- Ensure plant PMs are completed on time and recorded in the SAP system.
- Manage services, materials, budgets, and fixed assets.
- Ensure forecast demand is met fully and on time.
- Ensure collection of quality assurance and retention samples.
- Ensure site traffic management is carried out.
- Perform stock reconciliation.
- Establish a SHE training schedule including emergency scenario drills.
- Identify and support improvement opportunities.
- Issue permits for general high-risk work and confined space work.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes.
- Manage small projects.
- Be in charge of arrival and departure flight lists (FIFO).
Your qualifications
- University degree in Engineering or Technician in Production Processes.
- 2 years of experience, including 1 to 2 years as a production supervisor.
- Without a university or technical degree, up to 10 years of administrative experience or task assignment to personnel.
