About the role
We are pleased to announce that we are looking for a talented Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Almaty.
In this role, you will support the effective execution of procurement and sourcing activities, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant supply of goods and services. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate purchasing processes, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement in line with company standards and governance.

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of procurement, logistics, and operations—coordinating complex activities, engaging with stakeholders and suppliers, and delivering practical, efficient, and cost-effective solutions that support business performance.
What you will be doing
- Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and delivery follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define specifications, quantities, timelines, and commercial requirements to support business needs
- Support sourcing processes through supplier engagement, quotation collection, and commercial evaluation of offers
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring efficient transportation planning and coordination with approved logistics providers
- Track shipments and monitor delivery performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery to sites and warehouses
- Identify and proactively mitigate supply chain risks, including transport delays, customs issues, and supplier dispatch challenges
- Coordinate customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with import regulations and documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records, including contracts, supplier data, and shipment documentation in relevant systems
- Partner with Finance to support invoicing accuracy, cost allocation, and timely supplier payments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and logistics processes, driving efficiency, cost savings, and service reliability
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or coordination roles
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness, with proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (Russian is an advantage)
