✨ About the role

 
As Coordinator Distribution, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations, driving the seamless flow of materials through effective coordination of distribution processes, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, customs authorities, and service providers to ensure operations run safely, efficiently, and in full compliance — while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance and reliability.

✅ What you will be doing

 

  • Preparing and processing waybills (TTN) and all required shipping and customs documentation
  • Working in SAP to create, process, and maintain accurate logistics and cost records
  • Coordinating import processes, including customs clearance and interaction with brokers
  • Managing licensing and permit documentation, ensuring validity and timely renewals
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliant and efficient distribution operations

👤 What you will bring

 

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or a similar role
  • Knowledge of import processes and customs clearance requirements
  • Experience with SAP (preferred) and strong system skillsIntermediate
  • English and strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
