About the role

 
We are delighted to announce that we are looking for an Coordinator - Account based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, reporting to the General Director. This role provides commercial, financial, and analytical support to customer accounts, helping to maximise performance while ensuring compliance, effective contract management, and high‑quality customer support through close collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams.

What you will be doing

 

  • Provide commercial, financial, and analytical support to assigned customer accounts, supporting proposals, contracts, forecasting, and account planning.
  • Support sales and commercial excellence activities, including preparation of presentations, financial models, letters of offer, and contracts.
  • Monitor and report key financial KPIs, account performance, pricing compliance, and profitability, identifying trends and improvement actions.
  • Coordinate account plans, business reviews (BRAD), negotiations, and customer interactions in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Ensure policy, contract, and system compliance, including ERP/CRM updates, forecasting accuracy, and contract performance monitoring.

What you will bring

 

  • Strong commercial, financial, and analytical acumen, with experience in commercial and/or financial roles.
  • Proven ability to analyse large data sets, develop insights, and make sound commercial recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, working effectively across functions and levels.
  • High level of system and IT competence (e.g. SAP, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to act as a system mentor.
  • A collaborative, ethical, and proactive mindset, with strong time management and attention to detail.
