About the role
We are delighted to announce that we are looking for a talanted Coordinator - Account to coordinate support for nominated customer accounts to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of products and service to customers including reporting on key metrics, providing analysis of commercial data, assisting in preparing presentations & proposals to customers, supporting key administrative functions (such as Letters of Offer, contracts, forecasting, etc.), leading specific process improvement initiatives. Reporting to General Director and based in Almaty, Orica Kazakhstan Office.

What you will be doing
- Provide support in commercial activities, ensuring compliance with Group Policies.
- Conduct account financial analysis and report key financial KPIs.
- Develop and share market intelligence to identify prospects and business opportunities.
- Update and maintain commercial and business improvement systems and tools (e.g., C4C, Wave, IBP, PPM).
- Act as a SAP/system mentor, ensuring effective use of systems and providing training as required.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, including volume and pricing analysis, R&F and hardship clauses, and payment terms.
- Support contract creation, approval, and performance monitoring in conjunction with Marketing and TMs.
- Assist in the development and update of customer account plans.
- Identify and develop account growth opportunities, and support account group/site negotiations.
- Lead initiatives to improve account performance and support customer complaint resolution.
- Prepare business review and development (BRAD) meeting packs and coordinate BRAD meetings.
- Standardize commercial letters of offer, method statements, and other marketing collaterals.
- Support the BID model process and debtor compliance for nominated accounts.
What you will bring
- Postgraduate qualifications.
- 3 years of experience in commercial and/or financial roles.
- Strong financial, analytical, commercial, and contractual acumen.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Proven capability to develop and successfully implement new processes.
- Ability to conduct detailed audits, review large quantities of data, and make analytical recommendations.
- Unquestioned reputation for integrity, ethics, personal values, and solid character.
- Ability to build trust both internally and externally.
