About the role

The Coordinator – Maintenance Coordinator (Electronics) is responsible for developing and delivering work plans and schedules that optimises efficient

maintenance execution and electrical/electronic plant equipment uptime to support the Product Line on achieving their objectives of Safety, Quality,

 Delivery and Cost.

What you will be doing

Ensure that safety, health, and environmental procedures are adhered to within his/her work environment.

 

Plan and schedule all electrical/electronic maintenance work (online, offline, preventative, predictive and corrective) including its inputs (material,

 equipment and labour).

 

Execute maintenance services of electronic installations; carrying out preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, repairs and related

maintenance tasks.

 

Prepare and issue the weekly maintenance schedule ensuring approval is given by Superintendent - Maintenance Execution.

 

Review and process for (quality and priority) all maintenance notifications daily.

 

Liaise with subject matter experts where scopes are unclear, incomplete, outside area of expertise or above a technical threshold.

 

Develop and continuously improve a library of maintenance task lists in SAP that facilitates the planning of the work.

 

Ensure closure of maintenance work orders and history recording in line with standard set by Reliability.

 

Support the execution control of the Product Line(s) annual maintenance budget on behalf of the Maintenance Execution Superintendent.

 

Ensure, through collaboration with the Maintenance Execution Superintendent, cost effective maintenance execution resourcing is in place

and adjusted to deliver weekly schedule in line with preventative/corrective maintenance and cost requirements.

 

Support the reliability improvement agenda through escalation of continuous improvement opportunities to the Reliability and Integrity

Teams for consideration (eg. Bad Actors, PM optimisation).

 

Monitor maintenance planning management KPIs (lag and lead) and identify and drive improvement opportunities in collaboration with the

Maintenance Planning Superintendent and the Maintenance Execution Superintendent.

 

Ensure compliance reporting (including supporting KPIs) for asset category related corporate and regulatory standards and procedures

Your qualifications

At least Diploma in Instrumentation, Industrial Electronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or replated/equivalent.

 

 At least 3 years experience in maintenance of electrical/electroic installation or equipment.
