About The Role – Supply Chain Excellence Strategy & Analytics Specialist
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a Supply Chain Excellence Strategy & Analytics Specialist within our North American Headquarters in Centennial CO focused on enabling data-driven decision making, structured project execution, process improvement, and AI-enabled transformation across the North America Supply Chain organization.
Additionally, this role will aid in the translation of fragmented operational, financial, and supply chain data into actionable insights that support strategic initiatives, including network optimization, cost-to-serve analysis, cost management, process efficiency, and digital enablement. The position will provide hands-on analytical, project management, and continuous improvement support to ensure initiatives are not only delivered but sustainably embedded into business operations.
What you will be doing
• Support Supply Chain initiatives through effective PMO governance, project tracking, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Participate in process improvement and value realization activities, including network optimization, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver actionable supply chain analytics, dashboards, and insights that support performance management and strategic decision making.
• Improve data quality, reporting effectiveness, and performance measurement across the Supply Chain organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and strengthen decision-making through AI, automation, and analytics.
• Build collaborative relationships across functions to enable alignment, execution, and sustainable business outcomes.

• Improve visibility and quality of supply chain performance insights.
• Deliver reliable analytics that support strategic and operational decision making.
• Strengthen PMO discipline and execution of Supply Chain Excellence initiatives.
• Support measurable cost, productivity, process, or service improvements.
• Contribute to sustainable implementation of process improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Support expected outcomes as defined in project charters, business cases etc., including embedded analytics, stronger PMO governance, accelerated network optimization and cost-to-serve execution.
What you will bring
• Experience in supply chain analytics, network optimization, cost-to-serve, logistics, planning, procurement, or distribution.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, or other analytics / automation tools.
• Project management experience with preference for Lean Six Sigma certification
• Exposure to AI literacy, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in a regional or matrixed organization.

Your qualifications
• Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial, and other relevant B2B Marketing industries
• Degree qualified, minimum 3-5 years’ experience
• Project management certification or training, such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean Six Sigma.

Compensation
• Salary Range $ 89,700 - $120,000 USD
• Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan
(Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
