About the role

We are excited to announce a new opportunity as Lead - Supply Chain.   This position leads the development of strategy for New Products supply chains. The role will work closely with the Manufacturing plants, Technology teams and IPT focusing on operational excellence with the view to be the trusted partner of choice for our customers

What you will be doing

Executes and manages in line with the Global Standards:

 

  • Drive Design for Supply Chain through the Product Lifecycle Management process, to ensure successful implementation of supply strategy for New Products
  • Partner with Technology and Innovation group to ensure strategy developed for the sourcing of new products in line with best practice (ie. Low cost, second source, reliable supply chains)
  • Develop partnerships with strategic suppliers to drive continuous improvement and reliable supply chains
  • Support delivery of Business Management and Supply Chain strategy for the New Products Implementation group
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, encouraging drive toward best practice and ensuring full compliance
  • Identify and execute innovative supply chain opportunities to achieve customer delivery commitments
  • Accountable for 3rd party business management, formalised supplier performance management processes (where applicable)
  • Lead team in all internal audit processes and procedures
  • Working with IPT and GDPO to monitor demand requirements from 1-24 months through Sales & Operations Planning processes
  • Support Procurement team, ensuring Global Procurement Standard processes and procedures are adopted
  • Work with Logistics Team to execute the Global Transportation Plan to ensure product is moved appropriately to meet demand
  • Ensure contracts are aligned between Category Management and Global Logistics for all supply activity
  • Align and manage team performance to Global Supply Chain strategy whilst developing individuals through talent succession planning

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in supply chain, engineering, or a business-related field. A diploma combined with relevant experience will also be considered.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in supply or manufacturing.
  • Proven influencer able to manage processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Technically inclined, with experience to demonstrate working with products and supply processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP applications.
  • Possess unquestioned reputation for integrity, ethics, personal values and solid character.
  • Demonstrate innate business intellect, achievement orientation and competitive spirit.
  • Exude confidence, yet be without strong ego needs; is self-aware and open to feedback.
  • Show courage to make decisions, yet is patient to make the right ones.

  • This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three (3) days per week onsite at our Centennial, Colorado office.
  • This job operates in a professional office environment
  • Key stakeholders: Group Supply Chain, Regional Supply Chain, Technology, Manufacturing

Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

 

Compensation Range  

  • Between $103,125 and $120,000 / year 
  • Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan
