About The Role – 39551 - HR Generalist (Centennial, CO, USA)

 

We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a HR Generalist within our North America HR Business Partnering team focused on collaborating closely with our HR Business Partner team to drive strategic HR initiatives and support hourly and salaried employees, as well as leadership teams. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and will have the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects.

What You’ll Do 

 

As a trusted HR partner, you'll play a key role in supporting leaders and employees through a wide range of HR activities, including:

 

•    Partnering with leaders to address employee relations matters and workplace challenges.
•    Coaching managers on performance management, employee development, and corrective action processes.
•    Providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
•    Supporting organizational initiatives focused on employee engagement, culture, talent development, and change management.
•    Collaborating with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Operations teams to resolve employee inquiries and improve processes.
•    Preparing HR analytics, reports, and insights that support business decision-making.
•    Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
•    Supporting audits, regulatory requirements, and record management activities.
•    Contributing to policy development, communication, and implementation efforts.
•    Assisting with business transformation and integration activities, including acquisitions and organizational change initiatives.
•    Support organizational initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and talent development.

Role Dimensions 


•    This is a hybrid role, which will require you to report to the Centennial, CO office at least three days a week. 
•    This is an individual contributor role, with no direct reports. 
•    You must have the ability to work in an open seating environment

Compensation Range 

•    $89,700 - $115,000 USD per year
•    Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan

(Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
