About the role

This role is responsible for providing technical and improvement initiative support.  This is a full-time, permanent position located in Windsor, QLD, offered with a hybrid working arrangement.

What you will be doing

• Analysing daily production process trends and recommending or undertaking corrective action.
• Working collaboratively with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of process/quality issues and recommend or undertake corrective actions.
• Ensuring that production processes meet or exceed quality requirements.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the site.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, preferably chemical or mechanical.
• Experience and sound knowledge of manufacturing principles, safe working practices, process safety.
• Good technical understanding of products and processes.
• Ability to solve highly complex problems/critical thinker
• Ability to engage and influence a diverse group of stakeholders.
