About the AusPac Graduate Program
We are excited to invite applications for our 2026 Graduate Program, commencing in February 2026. This two-year program offers two 12-month rotations across our AusPac operations, culminating in a permanent role within the business.
As a graduate at Orica, you will:

Your Role as a Graduate – Supply Chain
As a Graduate – Supply Chain, you will gain hands‑on experience across key scheduling and planning functions that keep our operations running efficiently. You will develop skills in transport scheduling, production planning, materials planning, and S&OP, giving you a solid foundation for a long‑term supply chain career.
This role will support the delivery of Orica’s manufactured products across Queensland and play a key part in planning activities that enable safe, timely, and cost‑effective operations.
You will be based in Brisbane, starting on a Monday–Friday schedule for onboarding and training before transitioning to a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, offering both variety and work‑life balance.

What you will be doing 1st Rotation:
- Contribute to supply chain initiatives that enhance efficiency and support continuous improvement.
- Assist with daily delivery scheduling, ensuring manufacturing capacity and transport availability meet customer needs.
- Analyse supply and procurement data to support risk management and drive improvement opportunities.
- Support key logistics administration, including delivery dockets, freight orders, invoicing, and stock tracking.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams and carriers to manage schedule changes and respond to shifting regional demands.
- Maintain accurate transportation documentation, assist with inventory reconciliation, and work to minimize logistics and storage costs.
What you will be doing 2nd Rotation:
- Support daily and weekly production planning, helping prioritise what needs to be manufactured.
- Apply bestpractice stock management to keep realtime production and inventory records accurate.
- Connect market activity with production needs, including safety stock levels and raw material requirements.
- Translate the S&OP supply plan into material needs, helping align demand and supply.
- Help balance the supply master plan to optimise manufacturing capacity and reduce costs.
What you will bring
- A relevant Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Logistics, or Engineering completed in 2024 or 2025.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Curiosity, resilience, and the ability to adapt in a fastmoving environment.
